The DIY concept has never been so popular. For the kid’s luck!

Doing some type of craftwork in the childhood brings benefits such as concentration development, discipline and motor coordination, besides stimulating the creativity and the imagination of the little ones. With that in mind, today’s post will tell you a little bit about Kiriki Press, the Canadian design brand that produces D.I.Y. kits with embroidery, serigraphy and other craft products.

Michelle Galletta founded the brand when she realized the lack of options in the market of embroidered dolls. So she decided to learn how to embroider to make a set of three owls to give to her niece. That’s how she made her first products. As the time passed, she began to really appreciate the art of embroidery and learned the techniques to create an identity of her own for the products.

This way, in 2012, Kiriki Press was born. At first the brand had seven different dolls and over the years, the product line grew and conquered the market. Among the products, highlight for the embroidery kits with contemporary illustration. Each kit has a skill level, allowing even beginners to create beautiful dolls and pets. It makes us want it all and have our own collection.

The brand has been featured in medias such as Canadian Living, Chatelaine, Bust Magazine, Homespun, among other magazines, blogs and craft media.

It’s impossible not to fall in love! I chose my most beautiful top 10, but if you want to check out all the products you can go to and choose yours!
